BRITANNIC HOSPITAL SHIP VOYAGE CHRONOLOGY: 1915-16

Britannic’s service as a hospital ship is recorded in a chronology of her voyages. The chronology starts from the time of her maiden voyage departure from Liverpool and includes: her arrival and departure for each port of call, including the precise time (where recorded); her movements during the spring and summer of 1916, while she was not in active hospital ship service; and her whereabouts right up to her sinking in November 1916.

The material presented here was extracted from Olympic Titanic Britannic: An Illustrated History of the ‘Olympic’ Class Ships (History Press; 2012). The book itself contains further references and some additional snippets of information.
